Facade Improvement Reimbursement Grant Program<\/p>\r\n

Through DCED\u2019s Keystone Communities Program<\/a>, the Borough of Sinking Spring offers a Fa\u00e7ade Improvement Reimbursement Grant for eligible properties fronting on Penn Avenue from approximately the 3400 block (Queen Street area) to the 4400 block (Park Avenue area). The program reimburses up to 50% of approved project costs, not to exceed $5,000 for fa\u00e7ade work or $2,500 for signs, awnings, or exterior lighting. Work must be approved prior to construction, and funding is subject to availability.<\/p>\r\n
