So, by realigning two main intersections, traffic will be alleviated and will create a new through street parallel to and south of the main east-west corridor, U.S. Route 422, and Penn Avenue. This new through street will connect the eastern and western north-south routes on either side of the central business district and act as the Borough’s new downtown “Business District,” allowing access to over twenty acres of under-developed commercial land.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]

Phase 1

The Spring Market Center was redeveloped in 2010 as a 10-acre modern shopping destination with shops such as Lidl, Five Guys Burgers, Family Dollar, and more!
